Beginner & Intermediate Training Programs

Have you dreamt of being a half marathon runner but weren't sure you could do it? You absolutely can! We've partnered with Active at Altitude to be the official half marathon training partner of Vacation Races.

Active at Altitude provides 2 FREE training plan options for each race in our National Park Half Marathons series, a Beginner Program (16-weeks) and an Intermediate Program (12-weeks).

Ultra Marathon Training

Thinking about getting into trail running and ultra marathons? 

We've partnered with Becoming Ultra to give you the support and resources you need. Becoming Ultra is a podcast, website, and community that provides resources and inspiration for aspiring ultra runners.

We've also partnered with Stephanie Weigel on a structured training program to help you get ready for your first 50K (and beyond).

Stephanie is a former Ultra Adventures Ambassador, Certified Trainer, RRCA Running Coach, and USAT Triathlon Coach. She enjoys sharing her passion for trail running, especially with newcomers just discovering the sport, and has been kind enough to create a 4 month training plan geared towards the first time 50K runner.
