Active at Altitude
We create experiences that educate, inspire, and empower an active, healthy, mindful lifestyle.
We're delighted to be the Official Training Partner for Vacation Races, providing two levels of training plans for each race:
- Beginner program of 16 weeks
- Intermediate program of 12 weeks.
These programs are free and are sent via e-newsletter every 4 weeks. The same training programs are also available as a cost upgrade option on an app for both iPhone and Android smartphones, provided by WeRun.Club. Note the training app is only available for the national park series of half marathons, and is not available for any of the ultra trail half marathons.
Active at Altitude announces dates for their sell-out 2021 running camps in Estes Park, CO,
with a special offer for Vacation Races runners
Active at Altitude has just opened registration for their hugely popular 2021 women's running camps and co-ed trail running camps. They were successful in holding several of their camps in a modified format for Summer 2020 to ensure camper and staff safety, and will expand those offerings again for 2021. Active at Altitude created a specific COVID protocol for their 2020 camps - if you have any questions regarding their camps and COVID-19, please feel free to contact them.
Their sell out women's running camps are 7, 6 or 5 days depending on camp choice, and all take place in majestic Estes Park, CO. The women's running camps come in three levels - beginner camps, June 8-12 & 21-26, intermediate camps, August 2-7 & 24-28, and their advanced camp, July 12-18.
These popular women's running camps have been featured in Runners World, Women's Running, and by Shape Magazine as a "once in a lifetime fitness retreat for women." These camps do sell out, and we recommend registering early to secure your spot!

Mary, from Florida

"To say that this camp was life-changing might seem hyperbolic but it really was. I learned so much about strength and endurance, what I should be doing to build it, and how to prevent injuries, which will really change my life. I had several epiphany moments in the camp and can’t wait to create a new holistic training plan for running and wellness."
Robin, from Maryland
"I left camp with my heart nearly exploding with gratitude and love for all of the strong individuals I met. Not only have I expanded my support group, I came out of this experience with more confidence, education, and inspiration than I could have imagined. I can’t wait to come back to camp again!"
Kateel, from Oregon
