  • Beginner program of 16 weeks
  • Intermediate program of 12 weeks. 

These programs are free and are sent via e-newsletter every 4 weeks. The same training programs are also available on an app for both iPhone and Android smartphones, provided by WeRun.Club.

Active at Altitude has just opened registration for their hugely popular 2020 women's running camps, and co-ed trail running camps.

Their sell-out women's running camps are either 5-days or 7-days and all take place in majestic Estes Park, CO.

The women's running camps come in 3 levels - beginner camps in May & June, intermediate camps in August, and their advanced camp in July.

These popular women's running camps have been featured in Runners WorldWomen's Running, and by Shape Magazine as a "once in a lifetime fitness retreat for women."

Guidelines for  women's camps:

Beginner camps

At least a 5k distance in 37-47 minutes on roads at home elevation

Intermediate camps

At least a 10k distance in 60-75 minutes on roads at home elevation

Advanced camp

At least a half marathon distance in 2 hours 15 minutes or less on roads at home elevation

Coed trail running camps:
The co-ed trail running camps are 6 days, and take place May 12-17 for the Spring camp, and September 15-20 for the Fall camp. These camps have also been featured in Trail Runner Magazine and Competitor, and by CNN as one of the top eleven adult running camps in the US. All the women's running camps sold out in 2019, as did the Spring co-ed trail camp, so we recommend registering soon to secure your spot!
