Here are some of the most commonly asked questions about our races and policies.
What time does the race start?
The start time for each race varies, but we try to start just before sunrise in each location. Find your race’s start time by clicking the race link below:
Will there be shuttles?
Some races have shuttles and some don’t - it depends on the logistics of each race. If parking is not available at the starting line, there will be shuttles to transport runners there. Find shuttle/parking information for your race below:
How long do I have to finish the race? Can I walk?
The cutoff for our half marathons is 4 hours and 1 hour for our 5Ks, giving walkers plenty of time at a 19 minute per mile pace.
Are strollers allowed?
Strollers are welcome at some of our races, with the exception of the trail races, so long as you’re courteous to our other runners.
Please familiarize yourself with the race course and make sure you would be comfortable using a stroller. Be sure to check the FAQ page of your race’s website to see if strollers are allowed for your race.
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately our event insurance does not cover dogs on the course. However, they are welcome at the expo and the finish line.
When will my bib arrive?
Mailed bibs will be sent priority about 2 weeks prior to the race. You should have your bib about week before race day.
Where should I stay?
You can find lodging suggestions on the race website under the Travel page, or by doing a Google Maps search for lodging near the area. The lodging options on our website do not offer a shuttle from that location to the start line - runners will be responsible for getting themselves to the shuttle pick up location.
I need to modify my registration
Can someone else pick up my bib?
Yes, someone else can pick up your bib as long as they have a copy of your ID (like a picture on a phone).
Can we register as a team?

I can't make it to the race. What are my options?
We have an excellent refund policy with additional options for transfer and deferment. Visit our “Refund Policies” page for details. Below are links on how to edit your registration.
Can I change my event to a Double or 5K?
